Terms of Use
The administrative office of this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Office”) has established the following rules regarding the handling of personal information at the Office in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “the Personal Information Protection Act”).
1. Purpose of Use

2. Joint Use
Based on Article 27, Paragraph 5, Item 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act, we may jointly use with third parties the personal information and personal-related information obtained during inquiry response, such as name, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, company department names, inquiry contents, pseudonymized information, anonymized information, etc., obtained when responding to inquiries, with universities, research institutions, law firms, accounting firms, external support organizations, and other specialized organizations that jointly consider the content and methods of response with our office, limited to the purpose of considering the content and methods of response in accordance with the inquiry contents.
3. Provision to Third Parties
The Secretariat shall be responsible for the management of personal information, personal-related information, pseudonymized information, and anonymized information, and shall not provide such information to third parties other than the joint users specified in Section 2 above without the prior consent of the individual. However, this does not apply in cases where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of the Secretariat's business due to merger or other reasons, or in other cases permitted by law.
4. Response to Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information
The Secretariat will promptly disclose personal information (held personal data) it holds to the individual who requested it, after confirming that the request is from the individual. However, this does not apply in cases where the Secretariat is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. Response to Requests for Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
When an individual requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “use restrictions”) on the grounds that the content of the personal information is not factual, etc., the Secretariat will confirm that the request is from the individual and promptly conduct necessary confirmation and investigation and take necessary measures. However, this does not apply if the Secretariat is not obligated to restrict use under the Personal Information Protection Act.
6. Use of Cookies, etc.
When a user visits this website, our office or a third party approved by our office may obtain information such as the user's visit history to our website, browser type and version, language used, IP address, and UID (device-specific ID). Additionally, we may use cookies and similar technologies to accumulate, use, and analyze user information; however, we do not collect information that identifies individuals.
